CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ON RITOP?
Yes! We are processing orders and shipping out as usual. We recommend you to give an address you will be able to access to, as for example your home instead of business addresses to which access may be restricted.


ARE YOU SHIPPING OUT AS USUAL?
Yes, girls and boys! All our orders are being shipped out as usual. Despite that, minor delays are occurring internationally. We ask for patience and guarantee you will receive your order at home.


CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We assume that you may need to change your delivery address. Please, send us an email as soon as possible after making your purchase and inform about the new address to: info@ritop.shop
When shipment is confirmed you will receive an email and tracking information will be available on our site.
Unfortunately, Ritop Customer Support Team cannot change the delivery address of your order once it has been shipped.


So what if I'm not there to receive my package? If you cannot change your delivery address, and no one else can accept the delivery, it will be returned to us. Contact our team for a new shipment without extra cost. 


COVID-19 IMPACTED RITOP?
Our production operations have not been affected by the spread of COVID-19. We are monitoring the situation very closely, working with local authorities in the affected regions and following the advice of the World Health Organization. The well-being and health of our providers and customers are our highest priority. If the authorities recommend taking additional measures, we will make sure to follow the directions.
