ORDER STATUS

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Tracker. Please contact us if you can't find your Tracking Number.

After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfilment centre where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.

 My order didn't arrive on time, what should I do?

If for any reason whatsoever your items do not arrive within 40 business days from the purchase date, please contact info@ritop.shop.

We give a 100% guarantee for a replacement / refund, no questions asked.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping & delivery take?

Average shipping times:

US/UK/CAD/AUS: ETA 7-21 days

Europe & Worldwide: ETA 14-30 days

Please allow up to a max of 40 business days for the items to arrive (because of local posts delays and random controls).

Do you deliver products internationally?

RITOP.SHOP ships jewelry worldwide every day. Shipping is available for most all around the world.

I've placed an orders with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have two different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped out separately. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once...they will get to you! 

 

ORDER CHANGES

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us at info@ritop.shop as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or the day after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

 

EAR CUFF'S SIZE

Our ear cuffs are made with average size so that they'll fit a wider variety of ear shapes and they're thick to hold their shape over time so they don't fall off your ear.

First time using these ear cuffs may be slightly tricky, but with a little practice, it will become second nature. 

To size it down, please try to pinch the two ends of the cuff between your thumb and forefinger and gently press in until you reach the desired size. Then, slip the cuff on the thinnest part of your ear and slide it down to adjust. It should securely hug your ear and feel comfortable.

You'll know that it's the right size when you can gently tug on it and it doesn't come off.
